Printer's status is offline or greyed out

The printer's status is offline or it is greyed out.
Uncheck SNMP Status Enabled in the printer's properties.
Click on the Start Menu and select to Devices and Printers.
Right-click on the printer you are having trouble with, and select Printer Properties
Select the Ports Tab and click Configure Port...
Uncheck SNMP Status Enabled
The printer should now be available. If you are still experiencing problems, please submit a ticket.
