Travel Reimbursement Forms do not work

Please make sure you are using the latest version of the travel reimbursement form, located at:

Once this opens up, please make sure you select "Enable Macros" from the ribbon bar, as these are disabled by default.  If you are still having an issue, please submit a help desk ticket.
