Outlook 2010 Users

Right-click on the status bar at the bottom of the Outlook window, and enable "Quota Information".

Outlook 2007 Users

Outlook 2007 users must use Outlook Web Access (OWA) to view the total size of their mailbox.

Go to exchange.unh.edu, log into your account, then hold the mouse over your name on the left-hand navigation pane for a few seconds. A graphic will appear telling you how much used/free space you have.

You may also view the amount of space being used (but not total mailbox size) by following these instructions: https://wiki.csuchico.edu/confluence/display/help/Outlook+-+Check+Mailbox+Size
